This one is late review but a must appreciation post. Goes out to my most favourite Milya Lakusta for her warm hospitality and guidance each time I make a purchase at Griffin. I have received my certificates for each of my jewellery purchase in time. All my calls have always been answered promptly with accurate timeline. Bought my original engagement ring from them and lost a stone out of it , the ring was still under warranty because we payed for it so they took it in for repair. It took two weeks for them to call and say they could not repair it and when I asked for my ring back they refused and said they could not give it back to me. They gave me a store credit for HALF of what my ring was worth , no reasoning I could not have it back , no proof or imaging that it could not be fixed. I spent $3000 on my wifes ring here. A year later I was back and decided to ask if I could get her ring cleaned. She told me no not today, we are busy. Which the store maybe had 3 people and 4 workers. Oh I see. So once you make your money dont care about the customer huh? Wont be returning ever for anything.

Bought necklace a few ago and they didn’t warn me that there is no refund. until I got home and I realized it states on the receipt. They even highlighted but never said it to me in person 🤣. The store says 70% all items..what a scam. Don’t believe it. They said my necklace price was 2000 dollar before the sale but I went to another jewellery store not far from them and I got a real sale deal with almost exact design for half price from what I paid at their store. Good luck doing business that way. People won’t come back.
