Im sure the staff is great... hand written prices on things and a massive mark-up on the same king of jewelery that your competitors are selling a 5minute walk away is absolutely atrocious. Saying its 70% off is a bit disingenuous when you mark it up like 400%...
This one is late review but a must appreciation post. Goes out to my most favourite Milya Lakusta for her warm hospitality and guidance each time I make a purchase at Griffin. I have received my certificates for each of my jewellery purchase in time. All my calls have always been answered promptly with accurate timeline. I even got one of my stones reset in a piece of ring when it was lost by me. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Bought my original engagement ring from them and lost a stone out of it , the ring was still under warranty because we payed for it so they took it in for repair. It took two weeks for them to call and say they could not repair it and when I asked for my ring back they refused and said they could not give it back to me. They gave me a store credit for HALF of what my ring was worth , no reasoning I could not have it back , no proof or imaging that it could not be fixed.
