Super disappointed. I brought my chain in today (with full warranty) and asked if they could fix it, they said they couldn’t do anything about it, not even a replacement chain that’s worth the same value. My coverage lists free cost if need repair and also a replacement worth the same value if it’s not fixable. Do better, I’ve been a customer for a couple years now, but this is super unacceptable. Y’all just lost a customer.
I will recommend this store for sure because of the friendly staff as well as because of the amazing collections they have. My husband bought a gold chain 1.5 years back and it looks brand new even now without any issue and i recently bought on yellow gold ring with emarald and diamond, which i had to upsize and got it within 5 days.
They over inflate their sticker prices so they can run 65-75% "discounts" 365 days a year. Have seen "Going out of business" sales many times but they stay open. Very cheap quality. Sales staff hover over you and don't leave you alone despite asking multiple times for a bit of space, makes you feel like a criminal just browsing the displays. And if you ask them, they know nothing about their products anyways. Steer clear, there are several other reputable jewellery stores in Thunder Bay to choose from.
Marcia takes the spotlight, as she was the associate that helped out my Fiancée and I. she didn’t force any decisions, she made sure we knew what our options were and most importantly she kept our price range in mind when helping us make a final decision. 5/5 stars
