Bought a bracelet for my girlfriend for Christmas, luckily I bought the warranty because it’s broken 3 times now in the span of 4.5 months. It takes 5 weeks to get the bracelet back after you send it for repair meaning we’ve had the bracelet unbroken for a total of 10 days and they’ve had it for 15 weeks. Would stay away from this joke of a “jewellery” store

Bought a ring came in to get it resized once the returned it to me it was a completely different ring!!! A couple years ago, my husband bought me a necklace earrings and a ring when I got the ring I noticed it was a little Bent so I tried to return it and they gave me quite the hard time. They ended up returning it shortly after my earrings broke, they wouldn’t fix it then my necklace broke. They wouldn’t fix it. I bought a ring a couple months ago the claw is already breaking and when I asked them to size it a size bigger you can see the different colour in it , the staff was really rude to my bf who was picking it out and mumbling things and he said pardon and she completely ignored him and for the price it’s not even worth all I wanted is you guys to fix it for the price we paid
