I rarely leave negative reviews, but after owning this home for almost two years, I feel others should know about my experience. Looking back, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the inspection. Several major issues were either missed or not documented in the report. The HVAC system was installed improperly, including the PVC intake and exhaust piping, yet there was no mention of it. The dryer receptacle was also incorrect. Andy was great and I can't recommend his services enough. He was incredibly friendly and thorough, and was happy to answer all of my questions as we went through the property. His report is very detailed and covers all necessary areas with pictures included. For the detail of his work his price is very fair.
