Hip surgery for me yesterday 7/22/26. I'd like to compliment the entire staff for their promptness and professionalism from the time I entered the building until the time I left (same day). I will mention some of the nurses, anesthesiologist , Doctor and staff whose names escape me. After being admitted by Domingos I entered the pre-op waiting room a few quick questions by the administrator and I was off to a room and given my vitals by Mallory who was kind and considerate. Very slow, staff rude, take about 4 hours to get lunch,they ignore ur unsanitary most importantly everyone rude and the long wait tunes and how slow they are.
I have personally experienced the ER department changing paperwork to hide their sub-par care. A rapid response was called on a cardiac issue and they changed it to possible syncope because they didn’t have enough hear monitors to have an adequate time to review and they wanted to clear the bed. Don’t go there if you have another option and if you don’t have another option, God speed!
Took my girlfriend here on Tuesday 7/14/26 she had a infection near her eye. We thought it was a stye. Multiple people were in her room and they did blood draws, CAT Scan, EKG put her on Strong Medication and she's feeling better. Also ran into a former co-worker of mine who works at Griffin.
The Infusion Center is the best! Such a warm, welcoming environment with amazing staff. Everyone is so kind and attentive. Makes the whole experience comfortable and pleasant.
