This company is withholding money from me! I paid for crutches and then my insurance paid, which resulted in me getting being due a refund. No one will return my calls! Poor customer service!!
Will never use this company again. The employees in the store were knowledgeable and helpful, but the billing department was an absolute joke. My daughter needed a pair of crutches and a walking boot and my insurance company pre-approved the claim with no out of pocket expenses while we were in the store. Two months later Griffin sent me a bill for the entire amount so I called my insurance company - turns out Griffin had never submitted the written prescription.
