Our old gas furnace suddenly stopped giving us warm air. We called and they came out the morning of the next day. Wes tested it and it was working again. Two days later it stopped. I called and within three hours, Wes was here again. He tested it very thoroughly and it turned out to be two sensors on a little bit of board. He found a new one within the hour and put it in. I have used Griffin Heating and Cooling services for years and can not speak highly enough of their integrity, expertise in their work and knowledge even in the most difficult cases. They also value their customers. Big applause for this company.

We used this company for commercial service. On the first call out they said there was no problem. They disregarded one of our female staff members telling them about the issue. On the second call they "found" the problem, but afterwards they refused to credit us for the first service call despite an obvious issue. We will not use Griffin again. Avoid. First service call, they came unprepared and did not resolve the problem. Second service call, they came unprepared again but (after leaving to get parts) eventually fixed the problem. And they padded the invoices for both service calls. Recommend against using Griffin.
