Wow what a great company ! my family has used them for as long as I can remember so that’s over 40 years. They are so easy to work with and attentive to your needs. They just went the extra mile to find me a cost effective solution to a difficult wifi thermostat situation. Highly recommend

This WAS a great company to do business with!! They sold out and the new owners don’t care about old customers. I received no warning that they would not be servicing my heater anymore. The month the yearly service is due and after I call to find out why, they had not billed me, is when they told me. GREAT WAY TO DO BUSINESS, NOT!!! A heads up would have been nice!!!
I had Griffin install my hybrid HVAC system over 7 years ago. I had 2 times where I had a issue with my system. Both times they were able to work me in for same day service. The technicians are very knowledgeable & professional. The entire staff is just awesome. I will continue to use Griffin because they stand behind their work and the great Carrier brand.
Unprofessional. Dnt return calls or order parts second time they took money for service and didn’t order parts or complete job. Dnt give u a detailed bill of service or Parts u may need but quick to charge u for nothing.
