I had a great experience purchasing a rebuilt vehicle from here. Lael was amazing to work with and made the paperwork very simple for me. He was very transparent about repairs the vehicle had prior to purchase and was very fair during the dealing process. After purchase I had to reach out about a minor issue and he was still responsive and helpful even though it was no longer his problem to solve. Very small business, and a stark contrast to how I had been treated at larger dealerships before. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience with Griffen Hand Pick Auto. I love the truck I purchased and made sure to do my due diligence by having an independent mechanic inspect it beforehand. Unfortunately, an expensive issue came up after the purchase—one of those situations that can happen with used vehicles and was no one’s fault. The owner stepped up, worked with me, and made it right so I could keep the truck with confidence. That level of integrity meant a lot to me. I will absolutely be buying my next truck from here.

We just bought a mini van from them, and they were great! Very informative, and did not pressure us into making decisions we would regret. We’ll be buying all of our future vehicles from Griffin.
This was my first time buying a car and they were very good at making the process smooth and easy. He was very honest about the value of the car and it's history. They gave us a very fair deal on price. Next time I need another car, I plan on looking here first.
