Let’s talk about Griffin Gate Luxury Apartments. Beware of very shady complex manager. I signed the lease to my “Luxury” apartment in May. The day I moved in I found multiple issues with the apartment. First off the price on the apartment was initially 1265.00 all inclusive… you only have to pay electric…joke. By the time they added the washer/ dryer (won’t let you use your own) fee, the water fee, internet is free but never works, parking fee…yeah my rent is now 1445.00 Any issues will be fixed she said lol.
