On June 17th, we had brand-new garage doors and openers installed. The crew did an awesome job installing the doors. The openers were practically quiet, even with a chain door opener. The customer service of this company is by far the best we have encountered. Bailey kept us updated of when they would be arriving to install the doors. The garage doors are absolutely beautiful! My garage door needed some minor repairs done. I spoke with Caitlin over the phone and was able to send some photos of what was going on to get some options and an idea/estimate for their service. She was upfront about the service fee and even calculated for me the estimated parts cost depending on what needed to be replaced etc. She was great and professional at answering all my questions. I called several days in a row and left my name and number. No call back yet.. She never in the office I guess or don't check the messages..only called cause they name was on the garage door..so I know they been here before I bought the house..bad business
When I called they insisted I needed a service call. A service tech arrived, touched two blinking light sensors, and literally in 15 seconds the garage doors opened and closed correctly….for only $125.00. I purchased these two doors at Griffin Garage Doors, so for a fairly new customer they could have verbally provided the likely solution versus a $125.00 fifteen second fix!
