We are very pleased with the excellent customer service we received when we walked in the door and when we called. Caitlyn and Bailey are very knowledgeable of the products and installation process. The install guys did a neat and clean job and they came when they said they would. Did I mention personable and friendly!? Also, very fair and competitive pricing. You will be pleased with Griffin!
The price was better than competitors for an 18 x 8 spray foamed insulated clopay door. They were on time, don't charge you that 3% credit card fee and the installers were Meticulous. Pete and Mike. Meticulous. Awesome people
On June 17th, we had brand-new garage doors and openers installed. The crew did an awesome job installing the doors. The openers were practically quiet, even with a chain door opener. The customer service of this company is by far the best we have encountered. Bailey kept us updated of when they would be arriving to install the doors. The garage doors are absolutely beautiful! My garage door needed some minor repairs done. I spoke with Caitlin over the phone and was able to send some photos of what was going on to get some options and an idea/estimate for their service. She was upfront about the service fee and even calculated for me the estimated parts cost depending on what needed to be replaced etc. She was great and professional at answering all my questions.
