Auto Dealer Of the five cars my family currently owns, five of them have been purchased from Griffin Ford. Their sales staff are helpful and friendly. Their service department, besides having great hours that accommodate almost any schedule, always do an excellent job. Their body shop staff is friendly and efficient and have always provided excellent service.
Love the service department We have bought our last four cars at Griffin. They are always kind and extremely helpful. They'll tell me what needs to be fixed and if I can hold off for a while. Once they talked me out of spending money unnecessarily - how great is that!

Bought a 2007 Ford Edge We came to Griffin Ford looking to buy a Ford Edge, we had no idea that the perfect vehicle for us was just put out on the lot. The salesman, Roy - worked in the used car department - had an easy time of it because we were already sold on the vehicle the first time we sat inside. He was very genial and happy to show us some of the other features, and he let us take the Edge out on our own for a test drive by ourselves - we were gone at least an hour! A Good Place to Shop I visited Griffin Ford in my search for a new used car. I was looking for a Ford Mustang GT. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything that met my needs at the time. I left my name and phone number, but they never called me back. I have no idea why they didn't. Price wise, this dealership is willing to work with you and they will settle somewhere between private party value and retail value according to Kelly Blue Book.
