I hadn't seen a doctor or gotten a physical in 20 years. Came in because of some health issues I finally couldn't ignore. I'm not comfortable with healthcare settings. The MA and Doctor were outstanding. I felt they heard me and cared. Offered much more than tests and medical care. I was very happy with my experience there, I found them with a blind search on my insurances website and I'm glad I ended up there. I didn't feel like I was just what I could be billed for, I was treated like a human not a patient or customer.
Dr. Quenztel, dr. Malhotra, and Dr. Simon are very rude and unprofessional, terrible bed side manner and very condescending. Do not recommend griffin or these doctors. Nurses are great.
Great doctors
I really like my practitioner but there is a complete disconnect with other staff. When other doctors and the pharmacy start calling you before you even get results back that is unnerving. Seven unanswered voicemails regarding bloodwork between 4/17/26-5/1/26.l is highly unprofessional. Still waiting...
