This place is great if you're looking for a facility that doesn't give a shit about you. For 5 weeks now, I have been unable to fill a prescription for a medication I've been taking for years, because... I don't know. Nobody seems to either. I have made no less that 8 trips to the office, then to the pharmacy, and back again. The pharmacy says the prescription wasn't approved. Griffin Faculty says "The doctor approved it. First of all let me say I've been going to this place since 1980. I had found the receptionist to be top notch and got things done. But that has all changed now. In the past two years they've been terrible, not the doctors but the receptionist in getting things wrong. On two occasions I had been told that the doctor's orders had been faxed or however they do it electronically? But either way both times my caregiver went to Quest and found the script was never sent. Tomorrow will be the third try. This is highly uncalled for.... read more
I loved everything about my recent visits here. The entire staff is professional, courteous, congenial, and the facility is 1000 times nicer than the typical doctors office. My visit with Brian Fix APRN was superb. He’s very thorough, knowledgeable and patient. It’s rare to find a caregiver who takes the time to truly listen and respond, rather than tick off a check box and rush off to the next patient. Highly recommend this group.
Services have gone down south the last few years. I remember there was a time I had to get blood work done and I called THREE times requesting to send them to Quest. Each time they said they would and they didn't. The final time, the lady at quest call the same receptionist minutes after I got off the phone with her and she admits she was confused on which bloodwork to send while on speaker not knowing I was next to her.
