this practice group is awful. I've had issues with my name (they will on go with what's on the ins card, not what's in insurance file...my name is hyphenated and doesn't fit on the card); I've been told to come in when I called in pain, but the Dr was too busy to see me so I was told to make an appt for early the next week (interestingly, she was able to talk to the nurse, but not take the time to talk to me); when I tried to get in again I was sent to the walk-in clinic, who ran some tests,then told me I needed an ultrasoun... read more
