Without a doubt the worst dealer to have repairs done in the state of Georgia. Having two previous Dodge vehicles, a jeep, and a PT Cruiser, all serviced at this dealer over the span of 18 years. On numerous occasions I've had to sit in excess of 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. I've purchased all of my vehicles from dealers other than Cass Burch due to inflated prices and often by 10-20% over msrp but at times have to use their service dept due to the other local dealer sadly closed.
