Terrible communication with upper management. The service manager or Dealership manager at this location never attempted to call me back about a mistake they made! I paid for a recall part…. Cooling thermostat on my 2021 blazer. Tried numerous times to resolve the issue with the dealership. Eventually I took it upon myself to call the GMC warranty corporation to help me resolve the issue. Really unprofessional at this dealership on Sylvester Georgia.
The process was made easy.
I’ve had two trips to service department and they are great, I took my 2023 GMC sierra duramax in for oil change one visit and fuel filter change on the next. They take care of you as quickly as possible.
