These people really impressed me. They are on top of things from the receptionist, nurses, and the doctors. They really went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them.
Dr. Griffin and his staff have been wonderful through out my journey with them! They are very professional, always kind, and efficiently met my needs.
On January 20, 2025, I brought my daughter in for her pre-operative appointment for a tooth removal. At check-in, the receptionist, Katie, informed me of my balance, which was over $100 more than I was previously quoted when I called in advance. Before running my HSA card, I informed Katie that a processing fee should not apply. She initially stated that all cards incur a fee, but I reminded her that during a previous visit, this fee had not been charged on my HSA card. Despite this, she processed the payment with the fee. I have been to Dr. Griffin several times in the past year, one of them was an emergency situation following an accident. Dr. Griffin and the entire team have been nothing but amazing. As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to build a team with multiple people and personalities working together, but they seem to have nailed it. The receptionists at this establishment are the opposite of helpful. They are dismissive and rude. Customer service is absolutely awful.
