I have a 2002 Saturn with over 125000 miles on it. For the past 6 months or more, I have had problems with hesitation before the engine would turn over, and sluggish acceleration. I took the car to a local chain car repair shop. They diagnosed that the car needed a new Cam sensor. When I called to schedule the work to be done, a manager corrected the other employee who confirmed my car, in fact did not have a cam sensor. Needless to say, I did not have my work done there. They were so nice. Not often you see that anywhere – Everyone is always so nice and helpful with questions. I might add that the waiting room was very nice.

I'll be back!!! :) – I visited Griffin Brothers for the first time. I went in for a flat repair. I was impressed with the store. Nice waiting area, very clean. The staff was friendly and when done I was not charged for the repair. I will be back!

Can recommend even without a reservation – I only had an oil change but these fellows were very professional, friendly, and prompt. they offered bottled waters (or other soft drinks as preferred) and a clean waiting room. i will definitely return when my cars need services.

I will be back! – I recently visited the Griffin Brothers on Park Road for a Tire Repair. It was 6:15pm when I arrived desperate to get the tire repaired that evening. Griffin Brothers closes at 6pm. I was flying out of town the next morning and did not want to leave for my wife to handle. The Service guy told me on the phone he would wait and keep a technician there to take car of my desperate situation. This was my 1st visit. My neighbor told me Griffin Brothers would treat me right.
