The staff at GBH are *fantastic.* They're kind. Compassionate. Empathetic. Caring. They genuinely foster a warm and welcoming environment. Every provider there is an absolute gift. My APRN respected my apprehension to pile on more meds- they checked on me regularly, and made sure that I was functional- not robotic or zombie-like. Let’s fix that star rating a bit (I’m the second reviewer second to an unfair 2 star) this place has been an absolute lifeline and necessity for me for over a year now. Staff are extremely kind (though not always great at answering the phones). My therapist is wonderful. She also leads the young adults IOP group which I attended and greatly benefited from. I wish they would answer for people who actually care about their health. I’m tired starting meds and withdrawing bc of lack of care.
