Awful agency to work for. You will be worked like an animal and given no benefits at all. You're expected to work around the clock. You will be poorly trained and sloppily given cases from other coworkers.

They are listed as a provider on my insurance website but said they don't accept it. Didn't even try to offer other options such as cash payments, which I was available to pay since mental health is so hard to find, it's often a cost I have budgeted. The male receptionist answered the phone too casually, mumbled and spoke as though I interrupted his personal time. Glad to know they aren't worth it before wasting money on this comedy center.
