The guys in service are awsome. The customer service from Alec and his coworkers are phenomenal he is the man he is so polite. Always has a smile even when he answers the phone and will to help thank you guys at Griffin Ford and Mitsubishi service center oh and thanks for the car wash that's what I mean above and beyond
Disappointed! Sales process was solid, however John the sales manager told me no engine modifications had been done to the car when in fact there had been which voided the cars factory warranty. 3 months later we need to spend $4k on engine repairs which should be covered under warranty. 50k miles on this car and the only thing Griffeths is willing to do is sell me a $2k extended warranty which won’t cover the problem or any future drivetrain problems.
Literally. Picked me up at the hotel when I flew up from NJ to get it. Dustin Haines. That's the guy to see. No finer Aroostook folks than that guy. A perfect experience with Griffeth Ford, Presque Isle. Although I am from New Jersey, I was stationed at Loring from 1989 until it closed, and likewise own property now in Caribou. Car was brought in for a transmission leak and was fixed no problem, but now the transmission is making a noise that wasn't there before the leak. So car was scheduled to figure out why the transmission is making a noise. A day and hours later I was told there is a noise in the transmission and for more money, they could look to see where the noise is exactly coming from.
