We tried two years in a row to file our own grievance against the town, each time to no avail. We hired David Fontana and we eneded up saving over $5,000 on our total 2013 taxes. Not only did he get our assessment down to where it should be he was able to get corrections made to our assessment record. I have already referred him to all my neighbors and would urge others to follow suit. DRt
