RecommendedWe were going camping when we got close to Wausau our abs and break lights came on. I looked for repair shop and Griesbach Auto Service was the closest, it was 430 pm and they were due to close soon! They did not hesitate to help us out! They let us park our camper next to their building and plug us in for the night as we had to wait for parts to come! Took my car there for an oil change. Charged me $30 to drive it because it was pulling a little to one side. Gave me a laundry list of things that needed to be done that would have cost thousands of dollars. Decided on a second opinion. Took it to my dealership and all the work that was recommended is bogus. Do I need some work done? Sure. But I'll spend hundreds, not thousands. I won't be back.
Only stopped to check out a used snow plow, after hours.
I recommend Greisbach Auto of Wausau to all my friends in the area! Great atmosphere, great people, and affordable service! They even left a couple mints in my cupholder! With a thank you note! This is my go to place! Thanks do much!!
Huge shout out to Griesbach Auto for going above and beyond for their customers !! Last night someone damaged the tires on 5 vehicles at our apartment complex and Griesbach Auto offered to fix our tires at no cost and helped me immediately when I showed up without an appointment ! What a great business and huge asset to this community ! Thank you so much for turning this awful day around for me ! I will make sure to pay it forward !
My grandparents car broke down while visiting town. Stopped in to Griesbach and they got a tow truck called for us. A few hours later they had the car all fixed. I truly appreciate how they could get the car fixed so promptly without an appointment. I would recommend Griesbach Auto to anyone they are courteous and do outstanding work at a fair price!!!
