Grier Roofing installed our roof 10 years ago. It was seamless. Our house is for sale & the buyers did an inspection last week and found some issues due to wear & tear. I left a message Sunday evening at Grier Roofing. Barry called me first thing Monday morning & Joaquin inspected the roof Monday afternoon. They did a great job recently roofing my mothers house. They were extremely nice and dealt with her insurance company. Jeff and Cody were particularly wonderful to work with.
GRIER Roofing just finished up our house yesterday and they did a fantastic job. The crew was there early and moved quickly, replacing a large amount of decking prior to installing the roof. It was nonstop activity and they finished the whole thing in a day. Roof looks great- Modesto and his crew provided expert workmanship and left the place totally cleaned up and organized. Joaquin is Grier Roofing’s best asset! He knows what he’s doing and he’s a straight shooter about what’s wrong or not wrong and showing pictures. Also gave me options saying why I’m hearing some noise from the roof in the wind but confirming it won’t lead to a leak and don’t really need to do anything about it. He could have gotten $ out of me but he’s honest and I very much appreciate that. That’s why I call Grier for all my roofing needs. Thank you Joaquin!
