It is under very poor management with the present management company! I came here in 2011. Thought I would never move anywhere else and this present manager is very unprofessional. I do not believe the management company is aware of what’s going on. There are many tenant concerns!
I am a resident of Grier Manor and recently experienced persistent issues with my refrigerator producing loud noises. Although a maintenance technician initially addressed the problem, the issue resurfaced shortly thereafter. I reported the concern to Ms. Kerrie in management, and she promptly arranged for a replacement unit to be delivered to my apartment. Since receiving the new refrigerator, the noise has been resolved, and I am very satisfied with the outcome and the responsiveness of the management team.
I'm excited to be a resident at Grier Manor. Miss Kerrie gave a great tour and I also met a few new residents. I look forward to Peaceful time in the community. Thank you Ms. Kerrie
