I'm excited to be a resident at Grier Manor. Miss Kerrie gave a great tour and I also met a few new residents. I look forward to Peaceful time in the community. Thank you Ms. Kerrie
Grier Manor is a place where I feel comfortable living here. It’s a small facility and relaxing comfortable atmosphere. One thing I feel we need is Security and Cameras this would support the managers effort making this a secured building. At this present moment we have an outstanding skilled manager I find her considered and capable of working with every tenant. Yvonne Rickman PHD

I can say the place is bad, but the Customer Service... The Worst I Ever experienced! I had read reviews that few said they Never answer the phone, one said in a year--no contact from them. Myself, I've Called multiple times, left messages on the web, called sister property in Locust Grove--even called Management and out Alllll that reaching out... yet to get One response out atm least 8 tries. Customer Service is reason for Terrible reviews, I heard the apts were nice inside-- small rooms but nice!
