I’ve only been here at Grier Manor Court a couple of months and so far everything is great . If you’re looking for a place of peace and safety come on over we’ll make room for you. The manager Miss Karrie is super awesome. You will love the atmosphere.
It is under very poor management with the present management company! I came here in 2011. Thought I would never move anywhere else and this present manager is very unprofessional. I do not believe the management company is aware of what’s going on. There are many tenant concerns!
I am a resident of Grier Manor and recently experienced persistent issues with my refrigerator producing loud noises. Although a maintenance technician initially addressed the problem, the issue resurfaced shortly thereafter. I reported the concern to Ms. Kerrie in management, and she promptly arranged for a replacement unit to be delivered to my apartment. Since receiving the new refrigerator, the noise has been resolved, and I am very satisfied with the outcome and the responsiveness of the management team.
