The on call technician arrived within a minute of the scheduled time. He was very professional in quickly diagnosing the leaking outdoor hot water heater. He called the warehouse from his truck, & while he disconnected the leaking tank, another technician came with a new tank. As they no longer make the tank I had, it was a challenge to connect the new one to the old fittings. He came in & got a signed permission to use the more expensive fittings required.
