Found the vehicle I wanted on a Thursday online through Carfax. Called Gary from Grieger's on Friday and reserved it. Flew from Des Moines to Chicago O'Hare the next Wednesday and took an Uber to Valparaiso. Griegers paid for my shuttle and with a quick looks over and paperwork and a couple cups of coffee, I left Grieger's by 11:30am and drove home 400 miles and into my driveway at 6:30pm. I was able to get my car in on a Monday morning and knew what the issues were by that afternoon. It was ready with 24 hours of the diagnostics and I was on the road again.
Can’t speak for purchasing here but just dealt with your service department who for one wouldn’t let me speak and for 2 tried to make me feel stupid about my warranty question when they tried telling me I don’t have one when I was looking right at it but no worries Chrysler in demontte Indiana gladly will work on my vehicle and is very aware of our warrranty
Manny was very helpful when we purchased our 2025 jeep Grand Cherokee. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. He patiently answered all questions and was available after we left the dealership.
