The service department is crap. They have had our car for six months. This place is a total joke when it comes to warranties. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The service department staff is rude and they are very dismissive and disrespectful. About to call Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with them
I took my 2012 Chrysler 200 in for a recall. I was greeted right away. Everyone was polite, friendly, and overall great! John from the service department was awesome!!!! I felt informed at all times! The process was so easy from start to finish. I will definitely be returning for any services and I would highly recommend this place to anyone
