I bought a “Certified Pre-Owned” vehicle here in September, and only about 3,000 miles later, the transmission failed. Another shop found multiple loose connections, missing bolts, and a large dent in the transmission pan—issues that should have been caught before selling a certified vehicle. Their "new" vehicles are trashed on the inside. I looked at several and they looked used. Mud, dirt, scuff marks on the trim and seats. Broken parts etc... They didn't even have that new car smell. Greigers never used to be this way. Is this the new "Garber" business model? UPDATE IN RESPONSE... Why would you need to address my concerns personally? These should be your own concerns and you should be able to take care of it just as protocol for running a quality business that shows you actually care about your product.
