I purchased a new vehicle from Grieger's in October. It was a horrible experience. I was lied to about the mileage on the vehicle, promised an owner's manual (never happened), forced to sign blank documents, download a worthless app, and have numerus emails go unanswered. This Valparaiso business has really gone downhill. Try another dealership if you want to purchase a new vehicle from Chrysler.
