I placed an order for several items more than a year ago, received an email receipt and my card was charged. However I did not receive any materials. I have tried calling and leaving voicemail messages on several occasions and well as sending email that included a copy of the receipt. MANY email and phone calls have been sent and still no response from the Grief Store. I believe they are a fraud.
