The sales experience was seamless. However, when acquiring a new vehicle, one anticipates a meticulous detailing process to fully enhance the new car acquisition experience. The detailing of my vehicle was unsatisfactory; it appeared to have been merely rinsed with water with only the stickers removed. The windshield was not cleaned. This issue has occurred on two separate occasions with vehicles purchased from this dealership.
Have been waiting a month if not longer for the service manager to call me back. Says he is waiting for corporate to call him back…whenever I’ve had to contact corporate they call me back in two-three days but the dealership can’t get ahold of corporate?? Not buying it. Was hopeful for this place at first but the customer service is EMBARASSING. Doesn’t even call to update me or anything. Shame on you Grieco Toyota, if you want things taken care of service wise for your vehicle I do not recommend Greico Toyota.
