I have bought a couple explorers from them and I recommend not buying any warranty with them and be very careful of their finance department. I was verbally told the warranty was refundable if you are still under new car warranty. So when I traded that vehicle in and bought the new one they told me I would get full money back and I could put it towards new warranty I was purchasing.
