Love Greico Ford!! My husband has been having his truck maintenanced here along time. Last time we brought it in she had sadly reached her capacity. The next day we got a text from Keith the service manager of a car he thought would be a great fit for us!!! He hit the nil on the head….we went the next day and purchased it, left with it same day and we love it!!!

I dropped my car off on a Wednesday afternoon for a scheduled service appointment at 7:30 AM on Thursday morning. I called the dealership at 3 p.m. on Friday for an update. Ultimately I am told my vehicle hasn’t even been evaluated yet and would likely not be until “some time next week”. I am not sure what the point of an appointment-based system is if you have to leave your car there indefinitely just for the initial evaluation. This is not the first time I’ve had a delayed experience with this service department either.
