Jacob was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly, easy to get along with, and didn’t apply any pressure. I ended up with the car of my choice at a good price with no negotiation easily and faster than I expected going in. The back office was slower and less communicative than I expected, but the overall process from walking in the door to having the car at home was much faster and easier than expected.
