On January 7th. 2024, I got there for my oil change at 6:50am. At 6:55am a service worker let a Caucasian customer in the building. But refused to let myself and another African American man in the building stating we’re not open yet. Not sure if i will return after that experience, the manager was made aware, he apologized and said, that’s not how we conduct business. That the employee will be spoken too. Thank you, Tanika Johnson my service representative that day. She brought it to the managers attention.
I have a Ford Fiesta this was the firs time I needed service on my car, my gas line leeks The person that I spoke at the repair service was terrible no help at all made me sorry to have a ford. Should not ever go there.
