This dealership is a bunch of con artist and an absolute filled with thieves. I just bought a 2023 GMc ****** 3500 for ********* advertised as in premium mint condition. What a lie that was. The employees here are completely and utterly incompetent they have no clue where anything is how to look up information how to do anything in their job description they are the dumbest people I have ever met I went in for a simple battery exchange under warranty three separate days I had to come back and wait there for several hours till finally they kept my battery and never gave it back they went I'm the back for hours left me out there standing around wondering where my battery is until eventually I had no choice but to ... read more

So youre gonna love this one I bought a brand new car there in January. I have a flat tire and called for roadside assistance and when they got here we opened up and there is no spare tire in the car. I have been trying to get a hold of someone to get this resolved for the last three hours at the dealership and of course getting nowhere. I've had the worse experience ever. We did not open a ticket or a work order. We were trying to help the lady. We asked her to leave the car for a few hours in order to check the concern and a possibility of closing the window at no charge, but she could not leave it. She had to go to work. Unfriging believable. They tell me my car is ready and then this! Car was not completed. If they can over look this I can only imagine what other issues they have and so much for the so called car courtesy car wash.
