This is big time fraud. I have finally visited the listed address in Indianapolis. There is no office in this address. I found out the name of the owner . (Bryan Trager.). Phone number 317-531-7900. Lodged a complaint at BBB , Indianapolis. But no luck so far. Stay away from this fool. he is running the business under the name of TRAGER MOTORSPORT GROUP, LLC.

After over a month of fighting with them to get a straight answer on a helmet I ordered.... i got told it would be another month or longer... obviously i asked for a refund at this point but it has now taken 2 weeks to even start the refund and today when paypal tried to do the refund... their bank declined it... now i have to probably wait another week.... going to be a 3 month ordeal jsut to get nowhere... what a joke.

I never leave reviews, but if I could give a negative star review I would. This company is absolutely terrible, and has AWFUL customer service. I ordered back in January 2019 for my husbands birthday gift. Months went by and never received. After millions of emails, calls, and voicemails I finally got ahold of someone to find out my order was on backorder and not even scheduled to be shipped until months later. Would not recommend to anyone. I ordered a helmet bag for my sisters birthday and a month has gone by with no update and no helmet bag. I have gotten pay pal involved as I have reached out via email and phone calls with no luck. Take your business elsewhere

Two weeks after placing my order I finally got a hold of some one just to find out my order is back ordered. I had them cancel the order and refund my money. It has been over two weeks now with no refund and can't get a hold of anyone, calling or email. I've had to get paypal involved. This is a terrible company to deal with.

Ordered a suite and gloves a month early from when I needed them. With a week left i was finally able to get someone to answer the phone only to find out that their supplier had just got in the product. 3 days left til it was needed and no one would answer again. Called their supplier and they said that gridsport never sent then my order and that they have had what I needed the whole time. In short order from OG racing. Got my stuff just in time.
