Gridlink left us a note saying that they were going to be doing work from 8 am until 5 PM. Earlier this past month & our power was to be shut off for this time. We ended up not having power until 6:30 PM. We were out of power for 9 & a half hours with a toddler in the house. (When asking what we were expected to do/ attempting to call the manager who’s name and number was on the sheet provided - no answer was found or reply was given to our messages We left.)
