Absolutely love our condo in the city and this is coming from a country girl.
do NOT rent here - From the most annoying HOA with BS rules makes this place almost unlivable. Do not do this, do not do that, with their passive aggressive reminders and their 24/7 concierge that seems to always wanting to get on everyone's business. I am sorry for the owners who want to rent here, but the HOA is is a joke. I know who owns this building and it seems that everyone has to walk on eggshells. I love this place, the temperature in the building is always perfect, whoever installed the HVAC system must have been excellent craftsman/woman. Location is nice as well.
