We did the pork roast for my wife's birthday, not only did everyone tell me how great they thought the food was, most of them made sure they let Ed know as well. The fact that he takes the time to provide 8 or 9 different sauces fir the BBQ, and that many dressings for the salad as well, shows the attention to detail. You can expect another call from us the next time we have a big event. Thank you

We have used Gridirne four times. One anniversary, two graduations, and one wedding. The food is delicious!! So much better than Old Carolina Barbecue! Everyone raved about the food for all the events! Looking forward to having Gridirne for our Family Reunion this year!!
