Wonderful experience with this real estate team. We stumbled upon Jayden at an open house. His demeanor was the perfect fit for us! Jayden was happy to show us houses at any day or time that was convenient for us and our wild schedules. He was super patient with us and our indecisiveness at times. Jayden was quick to respond to any and all questions and was wonderful to work with. Thanks to his help, we just closed on the perfect first home for us!
We had such a good experience with Grider and Peterson Real Estate Team. Our realtor Jake Jacobson was absolutely fantastic. He was always willing to go above and beyond for us when it came to showing us properties, answering our questions, and setting up meetings for us with home builders. As a first time home buyer, everything is confusing. Jake was always willing to come with us as a representative to make sure we understood what was going on and to advocate for us as well. We would recommend him to everyone!
Our agent Jake Jacobsen was amazing with helping us find the perfect home for our family. We are first time home buyers and he listened to our needs and helped us to get into a home in a timely manner while also not rushing us. Cannot recommend working with Jake enough, and if the rest of the agents in the group are anything like him, you can’t go wrong with Grider & Peterson in general.
As first time howe buyers, (who knew absolutely nothing about the home buying process ) Jamie with the Grider & Peterson Real Estate Team was the best relator we could have asked for! She made the home buying process enjoyable and seem less daunting. She was available to answer questions and took us through the home buying process set by step. 10/10 would recommend!
I have been so impressed with Jason and team. We listed a rather unique property with him and his market analysis was spot on even during a relatively rough/volatile time in the market. Despite the timing, we did get it sold! Jason answered our questions throughout the process, kept us informed of any updates or agent feedback, and actively helped to take care of the vacant property throughout the winter. He and his team are true professionals and I would recommend them to anyone!
