The management sent an email after their office hour saying they will enter my unit with or without my consent tomorrow to fix the damage from flooding. This is less than 24 hours and I can’t even get in touch with them?! This is the fourth flooding in my unit.

Incompetent security and staff. Don’t buy here. This place is a waste of space and money. Pretty sure the good reviews are just landlords trying to get their tenants to continue renting. Student city. But the biggest drawback is security — completely idiotic, and they don’t communicate to each other. Ask one one thing, and the other will tell you differently. I live here. I have been asking for a gym machine to be fixed for 3 months I emailed the building and called concierge I have gotten no response on email and all concierge told me to do was email the building management despite managements lack of response. I’ve had to pay $25 a month extra to get a gym membership because the gym here in the building that I pay for can’t fix 1 machine which is crucial to my fitness goals.
