Clean modern very busy building mostly full of students The one bedroom + den is SO TINY! The windowless den can only be called a den because it has electrical outlets, can only fit a twin size loft bed with a desk underneath, you can literally reach from wall to wall by stretching out your arms as it's just like a closet. Appliances are mini RV sized but it does have it's own laundry pair. Barely room for a loveseat in living room area, no room for kitchen table. Very close to TMU and Eaton Centre

Poorly built and even poorer management. Regret living here. 5 weeks without AC and only then do they decide to send out portable AC.

There are many wonderful residents in this condo. The Management is Super Good and They are doing everything in their level best to cope with issues that come up ! The Chillers are being replaced and the process takes time and patience is the key ! I would continue to thank the patience of the Residents while the building goes through this painful thing : Just final note : When things are hard -- Let us get together and let us band together !
