Excellent courteous staff ,10 years with this management company. Nothing but professionalism.
Terrible company! It’s so difficult reaching out to an agent or just anyone. They don’t provide any contact information or phone number when a showing is scheduled. Ran 5 min late for my first appointment, company was closed, no response to emails, agent wasn’t there. Rescheduled a second time, got emails and confirmation messages. I was finally able to get a phone number to the agent. Glad I texted him cause he wasn’t there again! And told me I haven’t confirmed, when I got several confirmation messages. Great job! Very professional and knowledgeable! They were very friendly and answered my questions. So far, I love my new stove! Thank you!! 😊 I also had a mouse invasion situation that seems to be under control now. Grid 7 was prompt in sending out a rodent control company to set down traps and fill holes with steel wool to block out mice entrance... Thank you! 😊
