Terrible company! It’s so difficult reaching out to an agent or just anyone. They don’t provide any contact information or phone number when a showing is scheduled. Ran 5 min late for my first appointment, company was closed, no response to emails, agent wasn’t there. Rescheduled a second time, got emails and confirmation messages. I was finally able to get a phone number to the agent. Glad I texted him cause he wasn’t there again! And told me I haven’t confirmed, when I got several confirmation messages.
