After calling many labs, I was lucky enough to come across GRI Labs. I could tell they were a professional lab as soon as I arrived. Camelia answered the phone when I called ahead of time and she explained everything in detail, which put my mind at ease. I felt as though she went out of her way to ensure my needs were addressed. Twinkle was the phlebotomist and helped me to understand the process, which helped me to feel at ease. Both ladies were very helpful, and I highly recommend GRI Labs!

We are a company that were told to come to this location to pick up an appliance that was listed online. We drove to the location after taking with a “Camelia” who gave us the OK to come and pick it up. We also literally asked if anyone else was going to be seeing the product, she said no. We arrived, and were told the unit had gone just five minutes prior to us arriving.
