Terrible management, they didn't wanna give a copy of the lease to go over. I told them I no longer wanted the apartment apon the sketchy behavior from Liz who's real name is Jessica. When I communicated that I no longer wanted the apartment, they then waited til almost October to try and keep my deposit. I never signed a lease so they weren't entitled to anything. Don't I repeat DO NOT rent from these ppl !!! I only received half my security deposit and they are slum landlords!!!! Mice run around freely. The amount of crack heads that use there properties to do whatever they do inside of them is ridiculous. Plus I had to Bomb the apartment every six months for bed bugs and roaches!!!! The landlord knew he had them in the unit and did nothing for me about them. I spent more money living there then I did anywhere else.
