The doctor & staff have exceeded all expectations for my health care needs. They are much better than other doctors that I ever been to. the staff is friendly and phone calls are returned promptly, all questions are answered and explained well.
Dr. Betza is a wonderful caring doctor. Along with a caring staff. So thankful for our small town clinic.
Anna took time to understand my concerns and make sure I understood suggested treatments. She makes me feel cared about. She remembers details from previous encounters and builds upon them. The medical assistant is professional and personable at the same time. She is thorough and efficient. She too makes me feel cared about. The lab blood draw was painless, and the technician explained what tests she was drawing for.
We are so happy with our care at the Union clinic. Our entire family is seen here and we feel so lucky to have such wonderful care.
