Always excellent. The office professionals are always friendly and make everything smooth. And I can't say enough for Dr Lim. He's extremely busy but always gets done what needs to get done. I know I've been an awful patient, but he has always been professional and empathetic. Way beyond the call of duty. I'm very surprised he hasn't thrown me to the curb.
