They have been the worst landlord experience I have ever experienced in my life. No one should have to deal with the nightmarish business that these slum lords give out. If you somehow choose to deal with this company, make sure you know what you are getting yourself into. If you try to make a service call, it will not be answered until months later. They use the term reasonable wear and tear very loosely. The seem to think that a house should NEVER need to be painted. They also think that any wear on the paint is unreasonable wear.
