GRG improperly charged me a late fee. I called on March 30, left a detailed message as requested, but, 8 days later, have yet to receive a call back. It seems that no one in accounting actually answers the phone, they must just let the voicemails pile up. Very frustrating and time consuming to deal with GRG.
Absolutely the worst management company ever. Please do not hire this company. They are rude and disrespectful and have no authority to do anything but enable residents to use this company to harass homeowners.
Poor customer service. They do not answer the phone or return voice mail messages. They do not respond to requests for maintenance of common area property. If I could rate them as '0' stars, I would do so. Traci A has never returned any calls.
Hello - My name is Jim Castelli and I've lived in Mar Brisa (Carlsbad) for 16 years now. This review is long overdue. Over the years I've contacted GRG to let them know how impressed I've been with the community. I've spoken to, or had email communication with Traci, Lisa, Debbie, among several others. Each time, they have been so kind and professional and genuinely cared about the community. I rarely have used the two spa's or the pool, but I did use them several times over the last month or so.
