Would give zero stars if possible. Have fun paying this money to spend 33% of your time drawing with crayons or using an EZ Bake oven. Then another 33% of your time listening to everyone else check in. Then for the last 33% the founder Tim will try to tell you why you’re sad but at such a slow pace that you will think he was frozen. You will leave here feeling worse about yourself.
I know there are a lot of controversies around the owner of this center, but this place and the approach is really helpful and it truly changed my life. The staff are beyond amazing. I did my intake assessment online and Ryan, the nurse practitioner, was very patient and he was a very charming and calming aura. This is a large part of the reason so many past therapists have left (in not good graces with Tim, as I experienced three times during my tenure). I was informed of my discharge 12 days before the date and during those two ... read more
My experience at Greywood Health Center was frustrating and demoralizing. Tim and his staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, from the very first intake interaction to the clinical appointments. The environment felt cold, hostile, and transactional, not patient-focused, and the clinical care was disorganized, inconsistent, and lacking basic respect. For the time, cost, and emotional energy required, this facility fails on every level. I would not return, and I strongly advise anyone seeking care to look e... read more
