Big yikes on this title company. I am in the midst of my sale and got assigned Kay Roberts as the escrow officer. According to her email signature, she's the branch manager of this location, and she was unbelievably unprofessional and inattentive - despite their tagline being "Polished, experienced, and professional." She ignored my agent's emails and then insulted me in her response. Grey stone was awesome. Kay is an amazing escrow officer. She is super knowledgeable and helped figure out a difficult situation I had with my closing. Pricing was very competitive and I’ll use them again for my next closing.
