Recommendedgreat apartments, responsive building manager and a great place to live
Bed bugs, cant keep a manager, drugs, theft, cant control parking lot or garage, they do not repair anything, my light bill was $400-600 per month and they would do nothing to make this place more energy efficient. They had the nerve to try to sue me because I refused to pay after paying over 6 months in advanced rent. Do not rent from Fairway management!
Recommendedit was my first apartment back in 1996. i loved everything about it. my family grew so needed more space .but i would recommend these apartments to friends and family.
RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!! This company runs Longleaf Senior living in Aiken, SC that opened approximately 3 ½ years ago. My mother moved as soon as it opened. The apartments are nice, but the management is the worst!!!!! The bathroom fan has run 24 7 from day one. They had someone come in who advised it is wired wrong, then mickey it to work with the bedroom switch which only lasted a couple of days and the fan has ran 24 7 since. Recommendedyes....i lived here 11 long years just you get a caring property Manager they leave makes it bad ..... I enjoy living at Downtown Townsend and wall Apartment building myself ... just wish we had a manager care about us like it used be we had old ex property Manager here...
