This was my first visit, and I honestly had such an amazing experience from beginning to end! From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, patient, and extremely helpful. The staff made me feel comfortable as a new patient, and the level of care and professionalism really stood out to me. My doctor was absolutely wonderful. If I could give zero stars, I would. I am a Black woman, disabled veteran, and 37 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Since day one, my experience with this clinic has been frustrating. I have felt dismissed, unheard, and like my concerns did not matter. My medical history contains inaccurate information, and despite signing a release for my previous OB records, they were not properly obtained or reviewed. Front desk is friendly .. but the black lady who I talked to that wears that thang over her head that asked me all the questions when I came bck is rude & UNPROFESSIONAL idk if it’s the weed she smoking or whatever she on but don’t be rude to ppl you dk what ppl going through !! My prev son died from SIDS she asked me a dumb question like how did he die then if he ain’t die at birth… which was very insensitive to me .
