I will say its frustrating when your offices say yall.open at 8:30 and you can't get ahold of anyone at the office at the time because your system says yall are still closed.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This office clearly thinks they’re running the Pentagon with how many hoops you have to jump through just to get an appointment. You’d think I was asking for state secrets instead of basic healthcare. The front desk staff? Rude, dismissive, and act like answering the phone is a personal favor. I’ve trusted Greystone for 16 years now and 3 beautiful births even after moving 1.5 hours away. However I’ve come to understand if you can’t trust the staff—do not trust the doctors. If you call this office 9/10 times you will get somebody on the phone who hates their profession. A few months back I called to schedule an appointment and was advised to go to the ER in Conyers because that’s where Greystones physicians were. Dr. Pittman is the best doctor in Greystone and the world. Words can't explain. She is so professional,she tells and explains everything that's going to be done, and not to mention caring, she's such a sweet and amazing person .Anything Dr. Pittman touches is a blessing and gold she delivered my son, and he's the smartest. Staff was very friendly the wait time for me was not long same as going to a regular doctor. The doctor took time to listen to my questions without rushing me at all.
