Front desk is friendly .. but the black lady who I talked to that wears that thang over her head that asked me all the questions when I came bck is rude & UNPROFESSIONAL idk if it’s the weed she smoking or whatever she on but don’t be rude to ppl you dk what ppl going through !! My prev son died from SIDS she asked me a dumb question like how did he die then if he ain’t die at birth… which was very insensitive to me . The lady answering the phones has a nasty attitude, and they changed my appointment to a month later, without telling me
So this way my first time at this location this morning. When I walked in I was greeted. My doctor was Dr.Craig she had amazing bedside manners. She listened to my concerns. She didn't make me feel rushed. We talked about certain options for me. She exam me as well. Which was a plus because I like to know what's going on with my body inside and out.
